Freud had hypothesized a conflict with super-io, to which he attributed an internal moralizing function to the individual. According to what we are saying about the AT we can instead go so far as to say that the famous psychoanalytic concept of super-ego is more referable to the TA connected to the individual than to a part of the unconscious of the individual himself, therefore something external to the manifestation of his three lower bodies on the physical plane, external, therefore, to his ego.

We try to do, as far as possible, a practical example of what has been said up to this point, even if it will be, by force of circumstances, simplified, limited and incomplete.

The origin of the trauma

Suppose the TA that a child is attached to suggests that it is wrong to slap other people.

In the moment in which it eventually happens that the child is slapped, he will suffer the trauma of having to live an experience that, internally, thanks to the models suggested by the TA, he perceives as wrong.

At that point, a vibration of uncertainty is created within it (very often linked to fear and, therefore, to the astral body) which leads to the creation of a vibratory turbulence in the lower body more directly involved in the episode (in addition to small minor turbulences in the other lower covers).

This vibratory turbulence (remember the concept of a ghost?) Has the consequence of stiffen the affected body (actually not the whole body, fortunately, but only a portion of it) so that The child's ego can no longer let data flow freely through his lower bodies.

Thus, a kind of partial fracture of the ego which sees a part of become inaccessible .

The manifestation of the trauma will manifest itself on the physical plane through the behavior of the individual in question (the so-called complexes) leading to disturbances of affect if the body concerned is mainly the astral, to disturbances of the mental sphere or physiological disturbances in the case that the the bodies most concerned are the mental or the physical, respectively.

To provide you with a figurative image it is as if the ego is shattered in different portions, some connected perfectly, others partially connected and still others unable to connect.

Obviously, traumas can recur over time, they can be more or less complex or add up to subsequent traumas, thus leading to all those forms of more or less serious psychological problems known from current medical cases, from the simplest psychosomatic symptom to severe mental dissociations.

I hope that all this is quite understandable to you, even if with difficulty. I imagine, however, that many of you will object that what is missing is the most important point, which is how to solve the individual's "psychological" problems.

The resolution of the problem

I would say that most of these problems can be solved with an appropriate "interior hygiene“: It may be sufficient, in most cases, to carefully observe oneself and try to get to the bottom of the personal ones because they feed their problems.

Applying, in other words to you more habitual, the famous "know yourself" so often quoted by the Guides: if exercised with patience, constancy and continuity, without allowing traumas to accumulate, it is possible on one's own to reconstruct the interrupted connections within one's own bodies, aided in this by the natural tendency to balance inherent in the material that composes them.

In this way the ego is recomposed, the vibrations resume to circulate in a constant way and the whole personality it becomes more harmonious and able to react positively even to the greatest misadventures resulting from the experiences made.

The Freudian concept of bring traumatic episodes to consciousness: bringing them back to consciousness down to the smallest details (physical reactions, emotions, thoughts) they lose much of that energy that forced them to remain buried, allowing, through the examination of the trauma brought to a conscious level, to implement a conscious mediation between:
- the behavioral patterns suggested by TA,
- those "felt" as undoubtedly right by the Akasic body
- and the needs of daily life which requires continuous adaptations of the individual to the reality that surrounds him. Ombre

    It takes me back to bioenergetics, which states that trauma results in stiffening in some parts of the body with the consequent difficulty in letting breath, blood and lymph flow naturally. Thus creating fractures in the body.

    It occurs to me, however, that a child is not always aware of transitory, social and family archetypes, so they cannot harm him.

    I think that deep traumas arise from non-respect for the child's innate needs: affection, care, protection, respect. When one or more of these needs are not met or are poorly met, a hole is created in the child, a wound.

    • There is one issue to consider. TA influences the child before the experience itself, ie before birth, so it is not just an introjection process.
