In the first place, because in that given family the environmental conditions suitable for the evolutionary needs of the individual to be incarnated have come to be created. Each of you may have happened to feel a particular attraction for some country, to feel almost the physical need to go to visit certain places, or to feel internally a repulsion for certain places or for certain periods of the past. These are often signs that those places or times were the scene of an incarnation of that individual in the course of his evolution, incarnation lived happily or unhappily.
