Locate the core of the somatic symptom [A110-soma4]

The real path of the vibrational cycle is not the one that goes from the apical chakra to the basal chakra, but it is what goes from your inside to your outside and the vibrations that pass through the chakras do not flow through a point but form groups vibratory spheres which cross, in the final part of their journey, areas of your body (but perhaps I would do better to say more precisely "of your bodies").

At this point let's try to remember what the path to follow was that we had indicated in this examination of the observation of the symptom in the last message we brought you.

1. Define whether the symptom is external or internal

The first thing to do is to define, to specify the symptom. When you want to examine a somatism, first you have to clarify which somatism you have identified, because if you don't clarify it you are obviously talking about hot air. Once you have identified and clarified the symptom you want to start from, you must make a first distinction based on what we said previously, that is, see if it is a symptom that manifests itself, with respect to your body, towards the outside of your body or towards the inside, since this already provides a first indication to your observation.

If, in fact, it manifests itself outside of yourself through behavior: on the surface of your body, this means that, with very good probability, your somatic symptom derives from a difficulty relationship between yourself and the reality around you. If, however, the somatic symptom it's about the inside of your body, this means that, mainly, its presentation is linked to the relationship you have with yourself. This is the first decoding of symbolic communication, brought into being by the presentation of the symbol, what could be the second thing to clarify?

You know that somatisms arise in correspondence with energy blocks who form gods resistance nuclei inside one of your bodies, preventing the regular flow of vibrations, so much so that we have always said that in somatism there is always a main nucleus from which, eventually, reflex vibrations that can cause branch out secondary nuclei, however the main nucleus is the one that provides the strongest vibratory push to your somatism.

In which body is the nucleus of somatism located

Therefore it may be important and indicative to clarify in which of your bodies your main somatism nucleus is located. How is it possible to do this? From the simple observation of the symptom you can examine and define the symptom you are having, you can understand whether it is something that concerns your behavior towards the outside or inside yourself, and you can arrive, based on the trace that we have given, to understand which is your body which, mainly, suffers the influence of the incomprehension which is linked to the symptom and on which, with good probability, the vibrational nucleus is active which disturbs the regular flow of your vibrations, disturbing the balance of your energies.

Thus, if this nucleus is positioned on the mental body it will certainly lead to a disturbance in the flow of the energies of the two upper chakras, if it is positioned in the astral body there will be a difficult flow of energies in the three central chakras, if it is located inside the body physical, it will be the two lower chakras that will see the vibrations that pass through them manifest themselves non-fluidly.

The names we have chosen for the various chakras have the simple function of providing you with a small correspondence, very relative, I must admit, between the main groups of target organs that usually fall under your attention, so that you can - simply by observing the type of symptom that you manifest and correlating it to the scheme that we have provided you - being able to understand on which plane the vibratory nucleus of your somatisms is mainly located.

As you can see, each chakra influences a series of organs onto which poorly decoded vibrations are projected, causing imbalances or malfunctions (therefore somatic symptoms). This means that, preferentially, the organs subjected to the greatest influence by the vibrations of a particular chakra are those that have the greatest probability of becoming target organs for the occurrence of somatism. Obviously, this is a maximum simplification, but, for the moment, we can be satisfied with what has been said so far.

D- Io I didn't understand the difference between inside and outside; that is: if I think about psoriasis it's easy for me to think that it's external, so can you give us some examples of external/internal? I can't understand where the line is between outside and inside.

What is the limit of yourself compared to the outside?

D – The skin, the cutis.

Of course, Skin; so everything that concerns the skin and then the outside, that is behavior (don't forget that the behavior mainly concerns relationship problems with the reality external to yourself).

Naturally, then, everything comes back to your insides, this is obvious; However, when the symptom manifests itself, it manifests itself because it encounters opposition in your relationship between your inside and outside.

Instead, if you have problems mainly with yourself, the outside will not have a great influence, but the most important influence will arise from the fact that inside you, inside you, there is this nucleus which in some way blocks the energies and it doesn't let them flow out properly.

D – For example, I have a posture problem, tied to bones; I would define it as an internal problem, because the bones are inside, but also as an external problem because in some way they influence the way in which I position myself on the outside...

Let's try to think a little about the example you give: there are two possibilities, either the posture is inherent to a deformation, I know, of the spinal column - and then it clearly refers to your character endowment and what constituted your physical body -, or the posture is a consequence of incorrect physiological, physical or health behaviour.

Q – My back hurts.

Therefore, also considering the fact that it is not a continuous symptom but which only manifests itself in periods of time separated from each other, you can think that it comes to you back pain due to wrong behavior, which is unloaded on your back, causing it to assume positions that are unnatural or not right for its constitution.

In this case, it is clearly a somatism that can be classified as external, because it is mainly linked to your incorrect way of experiencing reality with your physical body, is that clear? Accordingly, it can be defined as a behavioral somatism which indicates relationship problems with the outside world. That, then, all this can be traced back to internal problems is inevitable because - and this is precisely what we are trying to do by trying to trace the profound reason behind the symptom - everything, ultimately, has pushes that lead to within yourselves up to that triggering root which is your misunderstanding, otherwise everything we have said up to now would be of no use.

  1. Clear post even if it is not always easy for us to distinguish between internal and external, but this should not be an obstacle to clarifying somatism.
