Somatism cases 1: stomach pain [A112-soma6]

I would still like to finish this "theoretical" part for a moment before moving on to the "practical" one, suggesting that there is another tool that could be useful, which we will talk about in detail later, namely dreams.

We have always said, in the past, that dreams are a very difficult topic to examine, because they involve an enormous accumulation of data of multiple elements that are difficult to unravel; However, if observed from a specific perspective in search of some single element, perhaps they can provide some useful answers.

It will certainly not be possible to teach you how to completely decode a dream, but it will be possible to provide you with indications for decoding at least a small part of it, which could be useful for observing your somatisms.

I'm already telling you that if, during the period of this course, you happen to have particular dreams, and remember them, try to write them down and start paying attention for a moment to everything you dream. Some of you will certainly say: “Ma io I never dream I never remember my dreams!” This was true until yesterday, creatures!

It was true until yesterday, because from tonight it should no longer be like this, for the simple fact as I said before, the ego will object less to the fact that you remember your dreams, and therefore it should be easier for your memory as an embodied individual to be able to remember at least a trace of the dreams you have had.

What are dreams

What do you think dreams are? Dreams are everyone's traces the decoding attempts your bodies are making, that's why they are so difficult to understand and decode, since they contain your fears, your errors, your understandings but also misunderstandings, as they reflect all the decoding paths that the vibrations carry out crossing your various bodies. Therefore they contain elements coming from the decoding implemented by your physical, astral and mental matter.
All complicated by the fact that the decoding is double (i.e. both during the descent and during the ascent of the vibrations that pass through).

As you can easily imagine, this opens up new interesting scenarios that we will try to clarify for you as much as possible - if the Absolute allows us - in the continuation of these increasingly structured and increasingly complex meetings of ours, even if we realize that it is very difficult to follow us.

Practical part of somatisms, case 1

1) The symptom I want to deal with is stomach level. So I would say it's about my relationship with me; obviously there are emotions, situations, reactions that I haven't understood, and I crash into them.

So in your opinion your central nucleus is located where?

1) In the stomach.

On what body?

1) The astral body, since it concerns emotions, there is probably a block.

Therefore, what is evident is the physical part of your somatism with its collateral ramifications such as hoarseness and so on.

1) Yes.

We have established that the core of your somatism mainly involves - let us always remember: "mainly" not "only" - your astral body, your emotions. Now, we need to be able to find a connection to try to trace the cause, from your emotionality to your rationality, since the vibration has completed, on its way towards manifestation on the physical plane, precisely this type of path and, before arriving at your astral body it passed through to the mental body. This means there must have been an error in decoding between astral and mental which led to the creation of this block.

How to understand the mental decoding error?

But how can we identify what was poorly decoded in the mental body during the transition to the astral body? It can be done by looking and observing your own mental reactions when somatism is put into practice. Ultimately, here we return to the omnipresent concept ofobservation of themselves: even though we are dealing with complex and difficult topics, then, in the end, everything always boils down to the same essential basic points.

Thus, the moment you have the somatic symptom, you should try to pay attention to what your head is processing, in order to create a connection between your somatic symptom and the logical-rational part that arouses the presentation of this symptom. Let's take any example that doesn't concern you.

If you realize, at the moment of stomach pain, that in addition to getting angry at the fact that you are sick, you are thinking: “My stomach ache is due to the fact that this person irritated me by telling me something that I don't recognize as true and that I just can't accept”, here you would have found the connection with a thought that is connected to your somatism.

By examining this thought you can find the link to go even further, because, in the meantime, you not only identify the external triggering factor, but also identify what the internal factor is that has been badly decoded because it is poorly understood, that is, the fact that, probably, you you don't accept what you were told. So not what the other person may have said to you, whether right or wrong, but yours not knowing how to accept a different opinion from yours.

Thus, in addition to the physical symptom and its emotional expression, we arrive at the intellectual expression of your somatism. And you've already taken a step further.
However, if you cannot accept something, it obviously means that it happened an underlying misunderstanding, because if you truly understood you would be able to accept what you are told, whether you think it is right or wrong.

So you are faced with the fact of having to realize that your somatism arises from the non-acceptance of something that you have not understood and that you cannot decode correctly, therefore to understand and accept. Scifo
