Somatism cases 1: stomach pain 2 [A117-soma8]

[...] 1) Then the symptom is the stomach, which concerns the corresponding chakra, and manifests a problem with myself, a misunderstanding that io I have and that reflects on me.

So it is not primarily a problem of relationship with the outside world, but it is a problem that concerns first and foremost the relationship with your interior. This, therefore, is already a first division, a first analysis on the external world and the internal world, and you have come to the conclusion, observing your symptom, that it concerns your interior, your depth, therefore the relationship with you.

  • Readings for the interior: every day a short spiritual reading of the Cerchio Ifior and the Cerchio Firenze 77, up Whatsapp and Telegram.
  • Summary of the philosophical teaching of the Ifior Circle: HOW CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES PERSONAL REALITY, you can order here the book. If you're reading this and want support, write.

At this point let's try to see what is the main sphere in which your somatism manifests itself internally: if it is a sphere that purely concerns your physical body or your astral or mental body.

1) It concerns the astral.

Why?

1) Because the symptom is in the stomach part.

Right, but don't be afraid to answer, even if the answer seems trivial to you: the answer doesn't need to be difficult! Certainly, therefore, it concerns a portion of your astral. Why did I say “a portion”?

We have seen that there are three chakras through which, preferentially, the vibrations coming from the astral pass, and this means that, most likely, there are beams of astral vibrations that pass through one chakra or the other, depending on the type of vibration that unite them.

What do I mean by this? That each astral vibration beam has three possible main paths (remember that we had underlined that, however, the chakras were not only seven, but that we had only taken into consideration those with a greater sphere of vibratory activity) to arrive at the manifestation of the physical plane . It seems clear to me that there must be a motif of some kind that directs the passage of each astral vibrational beam preferentially through one of the three chakras.

It also seems clear to me that the element that causes the passage through a chakra rather than through another chakra is of a vibrational type: the vibratory affinity between the vibrational beam and the vibrational activity of each chakra constitutes a sort of reminder that creates the preferential path of the event towards the outside. Obviously this is a concept that does not only apply to the chakras connected to the astral, but is a concept that is generally applicable, in its mechanics, to all the chakras.

Returning to you, therefore, you have "discovered" that the repetitive presentation of the symptom (which has currently attenuated) means that the core of your somatism is located in your astral body. At this point what can be done?

1) At this point we need to search, in the moment in which you have the problem of listening to what thoughts come when the symptom manifests itself.

It is good, now, to make a consideration: at this point in your research it is easy for you to fall prey to the ego. In fact, what happens? What happens is that the Ego puts aside the physical, puts aside the astral, and begins to use his mental intensively, making it the main tool he uses to try to elaborate what he should observe internally about himself. So you can run the risk of continuing to go round and round making reasoning after reasoning, risking being stuck in the confusion of the many reasonings that your Ego elaborates (often even in disagreement with each other) without being able to escape from this sort of vicious circle that the Ego, under the pressure of its censorship, he tends to feed to raise a lot of fuss that allows him to avoid what disturbs him.

Therefore, you must be careful and let your self-observation, in observing the symptom, it is not limited only to the mind or reasoning, but continue to keep in mind emotions that you feel while you reason, or even the physical reactions you feel while you reason, because you remember that everything is connected, the circle continues to turn: focusing only on one aspect unbalances this circle and gives you only a partial vision of what you are really experiencing, and of the circle that is moving within you.

So welcome the work you have done, in which you rationally tried to find connections to understand your behaviors that manifest themselves externally, but also pay attention to the emotions that always accompany your behavior.

I would like to underline the fact that although the origin of a symptom and the misunderstanding that generated it is internal, the existence of the symptom creates a connection with the individual's relationship with the outside, helping to create a bridge between oneself and one's own manifestation on the physical plane as an external relapse of the symptom, and this fact is the element that allows the transit of the vibrational circle from the descent phase to the ascent phase, giving unity to the vibrational circle itself.

Keep in mind the unity of your being: the vibrations, the energies, follow a circular path within you crossing all your components so that, even when intellectually examining the path it is necessary, however, to take into account and be attentive to the emotions that your reasoning arouses and the influence that your reasoning has on your relationship with others because, observing the emotions that your reasoning arouses in you (and in your ego, obviously), you will be able to realize that your inner work continues – even if you are not aware that you are working – perhaps in an unconscious sphere of which you are not aware; you will thus have the opportunity to realize that your external behavior gradually tends to change, and this can provide other indications for your observation.

1) I had connected the speech of the judgment. Something has actually changed because if people say something to me it no longer creates the strong pathos on an emotional level that it used to. But it happens that sometimes I have emotional pathos even if external people don't tell me anything. So I realized that in some situations I try to see where I may have gone wrong even if rationally I realize that it has nothing to do with it, coming to think that my involvement does not come from the outside but from the inside and, in my opinion , from a judgment that I give of myself.

This seems clear to me, also because you said something that fully demonstrates it, if we want to be careful with words also from a psychological point of view; in fact you said: “I try to see where I can having made a mistake”. This means that, in reality, you are making a judgment about yourself, given your use of the "wrong" term, and this fact implies that, internally, you judge yourself for something that makes you feel that your behavior may have been incorrect. So there is this negative judgment about you that you must be able to reach and understand.

1) Yes, it also relates to my feeling inferior towards others.

If I told you (pay attention to how you react): I have to tell you the truth, you made mistakes, a lot, with your children, and not only did you make mistakes but you continue to make big mistakes! Observe how you are?

1) Well, yes, I'm starting to feel a little hot and cold as a first reaction, and a little anxious; I'm not sick, but I'm starting to feel a little anxiety.

Well, I'm not saying that what I just told you is true, let's be clear, it was just a stimulus to put you in front of this sensation of yours, the possibility of observing yourself while you accuse yourself of making mistakes; now keep what I told you aside, wait for the next meeting and in the meantime work on it by observing yourself and, in this case yes, also observing and writing the dreams you will have, because most likely having gone so straight towards what is the core of your somatism will provoke reactions from your ego.

By observing these possible reactions of yours, you will most likely be able to find some indications: take note of the characters that will be in your dreams, take note of the emotions and also the physical reactions that you will manifest in your dreams.

As we had seen, in fact, there are also physical reactions in the dream: both the theoretical ones that you have in the dream, because you believe you are still awake, therefore you feel the body as if it were active and alive, and those that in reality the sleep implements on a physical level: you know from the studies that your scientists have done that when the individual dreams of running, particular nervous reflex reactions are activated in the legs as if the legs were really running, and there is also a certain expenditure of energy by the individual; this supports the concept that, when one dreams, all his bodies are involved.

I'm not very clear on what physical reactions can be used for, in the sense that when I tried to interpret my dreams, emotional and mental reactions were certainly fundamental.

They are certainly those that involve you the most, also because you are used to neglecting your physique, usually, not considering it much while, instead, observing your physical body is actually very important because you can understand many things from how your physical body reacts, from your posture, from the movement of your hands, from your facial expression and so on.

Think about when you look at another person: before understanding their character, their rationality, their emotions, first notice how they move, their facial expressions, etc.; if this is valid in the observation of others it must also be valid for yourself, and not only must it be valid but it must be there, otherwise you will lose the indications offered by a part of the circle that passes through you, with less possibility of connecting the your various components and, therefore, to create that unitary vision of yourselves which is indispensable for tracing your misunderstandings.

In the story you told of your dreams, you all talked about emotions, sensations and thoughts, but no one present talked about the physical reactions he may have had in the dream; this makes your vision partial and – I repeat – does not give a complete enough summary of the circle that passes through you.

We would like this cycle to be very based on practice, because the theory is rightly very beautiful but it is also difficult to apply it without practical examples, and without practical examples, moreover, the ego more easily finds the way to distort what you have said, you dreamed, you thought, you felt and so on while, through the practical example, it is possible to observe that completeness of the circle which makes the experience we are trying to give you more alive.

[…] If you think about it, in this month even those of you who were not used to dreaming a lot ended up dreaming and remembering at least portions of the dreams you had; this indicates that the ego has begun to lower its censorship, otherwise each of you would not remember anything of what he dreamed. This happens because, as we had predicted, the Ego begins to believe that all this, in the end, is not very dangerous for it, at least as long as we remain at this level, as long as we remain in the phase in which we examine the mechanics that concern your suffering, and which give you a small indication to try to understand, to attach yourself to it and remove some of the pathos and difficulties that this suffering brings you.

We are, therefore, in a very light phase, a phase in which the ego realizes that it is not being attacked in a particular way and that, ultimately, it can derive benefits from it. Without forgetting that he has the urge to show in front of the group (consider that it is a group experience and the mechanics within a group between the various participants is always very important) how good he, like Io, is in comparison to the others.

These two tendencies (the benefits and the stimulus of competitiveness within the group) mean that the ego ends up not making particular censorships, unless it really seems to it that it is going towards something that it is not ready for, is not prepared to accept as part of . Consequently, expect that, as we move forward, we will probably hit some particular knot of some kind for each of you to which, instead, the Ego will react by brutally censoring, or even, perhaps, refusing to move forward.

D – They can be useful in unmasking him, however.

Certainly. You know that the Self is not an intelligent entity, but it's a reaction, Then it's essentially based on what's happening: what will happen doesn't interest him much, because he is what he is at that moment.

Of course, what will the work we are trying to do lead to over time? It will lead to the achievement of small or large nuances of understanding, therefore to a modification of the Ego, which will change its censorships from time to time following the rhythm of the understandings achieved.

Q – There is something that has come to mind now about my somatism regarding the stomach. In the theater course I'm taking I find myself having a block in my voice; this block comes when I have to use the low voice, so when I have to use the lower diaphragm which is right next to the stomach, is there a connection between this and my psychomatism?

Sure, undoubtedly.

Q – So?

So nothing because it's not your turn!

D – But in the meantime, is it already an intuition?

Certainly, it is an intuition and, in this case, I would say that we can talk about accessory symptom, meaning with this term all that constellation of small or medium somatisms that generally accompany the main somatism; in your case the main target organ is the stomach and the difficulty in using the voice becomes a secondary target connected to the main organ. It may also happen that, for a certain period of time, your stomach no longer bothers you and the symptom shifts even more to your difficulty using your voice.

This is why it is important that you are able to identify the main target organ and which is the main body in which your somatism was mainly formed, because from there you will be able to gradually eliminate the accessory symptoms. The fact that you have discovered this correlation will most likely help you overcome this accessory symptom more quickly, perhaps by replacing it with another.

D – But it's interesting, also because I was reflecting on which somatism to work on when it's my turn and I was moving towards the idea of not working on the stomach but on the sore throat; instead, apparently, the sore throat derives from something else, from stomach pain.

This is probably the case, think about it carefully and then we'll see (indeed, you'll see) where you decide to start from.

Q – So I probably developed ferocious headaches instead to avoid thinking about my stomach.

In some ways yes.
