Observation is fundamental, not ruminating on oneself [A42]

D – To what extent does it become legitimate to rework something, and when does it actually become more of an obstacle, an impediment to what is then the normal flow of everyday life?

In fact, you still think that the reflection on yourself both what you have to do, and what can help you understand, but it's not like that.

CAs we have said for several years, the only thing you really need to do is to watch you. It is observation that prevents you from falling into those repeated passages (reflections and ruminations, ed) which, in the end, end up accomplishing nothing, to confuse your ideas even more.

  • Readings for the interior: every day a short spiritual reading of the Cerchio Ifior and the Cerchio Firenze 77, up Whatsapp and Telegram.
  • Summary of the philosophical teaching of the Ifior Circle: HOW CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES PERSONAL REALITY, you can order here the book. If you're reading this and want support, write.

Certainly you, mentally, like Io, you will always and in any case tend to try to re-elaborate what you have done or what you have not done, and to seek justifications for yourself or for your behavior, and perhaps to try to attribute responsibility for what has happened outside of you themselves, but this is a normal process of your ego that would always happen anyway. Don't even pay much attention to it, this is perfectly normal.

Don't place much weight on your own classifications either right and wrong, because they are conditioned by too many elements that don't actually have a real meaning, a real importance, if not for what concerns the regulation of common life with other people. What is important, however, is observe yourself while your ego puts all these reasoning into action; because, from observation, you can get the gist of what is really important to you.

D – The vibration activates the ego, which begins to think "I did well - I did wrong", to reflect or to choose the elements that may or may not be of use to it.

It does not activate the ego, it activates some reactions of the ego, of some parts of the ego, to the vibration. If you remember, we said that the vibration, descending, meets the matter of the Ego and certain parts of this matter vibrate in correspondence with the vibration that arrives from the akasic. Here, those parts that vibrate come to the fore in the ego which, in some way, puts them into action. Scifo
