Indications to manage and avoid crystallizations (c3)

Before addressing some real ethical aspects of the crystallization, it is good to emphasize a concept that has been alluded to in the philosophical part: I 'Io.

If crystallization is a problem for the individual, as it can cause suffering, then it cannot be a problem for our Akasic body.
The Akasic body, in fact, does not have the problem of suffering, but that of evolving.
Suffering is a problem for the embodied individual, but not because of the incarnation in it must necessarily be the cause of suffering, but rather because the incarnation produces, on a human level, that illusion of self, that sense of separateness that we know by the name of I.

The ego, despite being a projection that does not exist in itself, gives us the perception of being made in a certain way, gives us the feeling of being free to act according to the desires and impulses of the moment, makes us feel detached from others and from the environment, it makes us consider as reality what we can perceive and rationalize.

It is therefore the instrument through which we consciously orient ourselves on the physical plane. Everything that emerges from our interiority and reaches our physical awareness is screened and filtered by our ego.

It is because of identifying with our ego that we lose sight of the signals of our real evolutionary needs emerging from our interiority, arriving at making those choices that, not being in tune with them, will lead us to crystallize in the long term. Therefore it is on our ego that we must act, to prevent and resolve our crystallizations and, therefore, limit our suffering.

First of all, we must change the basic attitude we have towards our ego, that is, theidentification in it, acknowledging (at least rationally) that it is an illusion, just as we must consider its ability to modify or stop the course of events at will as an illusion.
And the more we become aware or, better still, aware of the illusion of the ego, the more the choices based on it will be less attractive and we will progressively shift the intentions that move our actions on a level that is gradually higher and more in line with our own conscience.

One way to help yourself on this journey can be to take those into consideration attitudes, those ways of being, those ways of feeling and thinking, which could be the indicator of a crystallization process that is taking place within us:
- habit, with repetitive behavior and thought patterns.
- The tepidity.
- The escape from the reality of the present time, with projections in the future or in the past ends in themselves.
- The most common motions of the ego that for a long time have generated the same problems in us and around us.

As a rule, situations of crystallization that have already been going on for a long time end up triggering in us and around us those processes, those reactions that often, through suffering, tend to break the crystallizations that have formed.
In reality, any suffering we have suffered, we are suffering or will suffer in the future, it is not that the last means of life to move us from an otherwise spiritually crystallized situation.

I do not think it is necessary to pause to give examples of suffering, since here on the physical plane no one is immune to it. It is more interesting to point out how the ego himself - which we said was the cause of the birth of the crystallized situation - it also contains within itself the mechanisms that lead to overcoming crystallization itself, at all levels.

Examples of this can be: boredom, dissatisfaction, restlessness, doubts, confusion, uncertainty, etc. revolutionized in order to give us new growth stimuli.

And 'the boredom that prevents us from always doing the same things and leads us to seek sources of new stimuli, is the doubt that allows us to overcome our current certainties in order to build new and better ones, and it is the confusion which allows us to question and question everything, thus leading us to sift our old and crystallized convictions on the basis of our new understandings and experiences.

And here, from inside and outside of us, come those painful or at least annoying situations, necessary to take us one step forward on our journey.
But, once we take note of our inner condition, we have to look for the possible reasons that lead us to be that way, and we must evaluate what we can really do to give a different address to our ego.

We said earlier that suffering is the last card that life plays to break our crystallizations; but this means that we, if we wanted to, could do something to make - we say - less necessary the intervention of this suffering in our life.

1- In practice, we think that the usual becomes important "know yourself”, Which inevitably comes to par when these speeches are made.
It is not about changing one's attitude, but about being aware of it, and even more of know as far as possible always in greater depth those that are his causes. Then know in detail our intentions and the reasons for our reactions in all those areas in which we notice those attitudes that can act as a signal for a crystallization in progress (tepidity, habit, and so on) or are a warning of a reaction to the crystallization now created, which are all those circumstances that create the most problems for us or less severe and painful to live.

2- After that, evaluate if we are able to modify ourselves to tune into the Akasic request without creating friction, or if to get closer to this goal we have to have a strong impact on the environment itself, perhaps going against our desires and our apparent interests, suffering or even making others suffer.
Because, if introspection and self-knowledge are important, here on the physical plane it is also important act and put into practice their own thrusts, desires and beliefs, e an even energetic action - even wrong, according to our limited conception of "right and wrong" - can become the only way out to break a crystallization, before the events of life do it for us through suffering.

It is desirable that each of us never stands still under any point of view; but, to get there, it is necessary to get out of warm comfort of habits.
To reach a total internal and external dynamism it is necessary to act, but act not only on criteria of personal advantage, but also on criteria of advantage and improvement of the conditions of the environment that belongs to us (family, work, society, associations, etc.) , adding to all this a constant work of introspection and analysis of our intentions and reactions that allows us to really put to good use within ourselves all the innumerable stimuli that such a dynamic life would provide us.

Probably, even those who really managed to do this to the end, still would not completely escape suffering, but at least we believe that it would make it extremely useful for their own spiritual growth, for the expansion of their consciousness, which we know with certainty one day will lead us to no longer need to suffer. (End of the crystallization cycle)

  1. I have had this awareness for a long time, a dynamic that moves the waters and when I see myself lukewarm, and very often I am, there is discomfort and I am not comfortable inside.

  2. Lots of stuff! Lukewarmness is a little part of me and is expressed in trying to avoid conflict situations. I see it and I welcome it, aware that sometimes breaking out is necessary and saving. But still when it happens there is a lot of emotional upheaval and little mastery. Thank you for stimulating this reflection….

  3. Of great encouragement.
In the initial italics, the considerations on the self that "gives us" this and "gives us" that, renew the question: "He gives us to whom?" To us, which in the singular becomes "I", therefore the I that gives to the I; it is tautological, it cannot be. It transpires that that "gives us" refers to us understood as a set of consciences and not as a set of me. So the ego is the manifestation of our consciousness, it is the consciousness in manifestation, as well as embodied and mixed with our transient bodies. The wider the feeling, the less gravitational force the ego will have, that is, the less attraction the thrusts of the transient bodies will exert on the conscience. The wider the feeling and the less the conscience will fall into the trap of seeing reality starting from the self and the more it will perceive the other as non-other. And viceversa. There is little to do, little to fight against this me, our ally. If anything, there is to be indulged, to act, in the terms in which the akasic requires. In the meantime, observe, understand, evolve. In this low way the risk appears to me that the ego stands in the way both as an obstacle and as a crystallization. The more there is in the way, the more there is crystallization and the more evidently there must be because it is the conscience that gets bogged down and freezes.
When will a physical, emotional and mental body ever declare itself ready to climb a cross if that is necessary? When the signal from consciousness is so clear and vast that it goes beyond their physiological resistances. Consciousness, completely identified or reduced on the level of the ego, gathers on the shack and puppets and induces to act as it needs, on the basis of one's own understandings.
    In faith, what I think.
