Suffering in knowledge and self-awareness

It is very easy to place oneself in the state of mind that discharges the responsibility for what happens on other people, managing beautifully to avoid finding even the smallest one because it concerns oneself!
You are masters in this, as we were in our time! Yet, we come, we are here, precisely to make you attentive and aware that this attitude towards life and the experiences you live is wrong.
You essentially live to carry out your understanding, your own evolution, to ensure that in your body of consciousness the "feel"Grows and you understand more and more in order to eventually get out of the wheel of births and deaths. And, to do this, you must also get used - we always tell you - to observe everything that concerns yourself.
Yes, we know that "know thyself" is now all at your fingertips; you all know him very well mentally; indeed, as soon as you can repeat it to others to show that, well done, you have understood what we are saying.
But, you see, "knowledge" is only a first step in the right direction, it is a very useful tool for creating all the holds to then be able to understand; but it is precisely knowledge that brings you the first phase of suffering because, if you come to "know" what is your problem, you do not remain insensitive to this knowledge, indeed, most of the time what do you do? Close your eyes and try to avoid it and pretend not to have recognized it; but - alas - that troublemaker of the Akasic body does not allow you to really do it and, inside you, continues to send the tolling of bells from the famous archetypes that move your energies in the direction of the experience that can, however, still put you in front of the evidence of reality, until you can not help but see what you do not want.
Knowledge, therefore, is never without suffering. You have a problem, and here you "know", you realize the existence of this problem, which can, for example, be due to a relationship with other people.
In this relationship you realize that there is something wrong; become aware, aware, of the fact that there is some problem.
The first reaction - that ofIo, as you know very well - is to say: “It is the fault of the other, that…”.
We tell you: it may also be true, but you don't know the reason for the other; knowing the other, over time, you can delude yourself to be able to understand his why, but you can never be sure that you understand what it is.
What you can understand instead - no doubt why it belongs to you - is "your" why.
Stop watching what the other is doing and watch what you are doing; because, when you understand your why, you will pass from "knowledge" to "awareness" of the problem and its "understanding", and here the relationship with the other person will change; or, at least, if it stays the same, you will suffer less consequences and therefore suffer less.
This means that the passage from knowledge to understanding is a passage that is necessarily imbued - by virtue of intrinsic reactions to the evolution of each of you - with suffering.
The suffering, however - to your consolation - will go from the greater suffering of becoming aware of the problem, which involves the strongest effort, to the suffering that will gradually diminish until understanding arrives.
In that moment, that type of problem for you will no longer be such, there will be no more suffering and you can have your relationship with the other person regardless of how he or she relates to you. (Scifo)

  2. We talked about it at the Intensive about the moment in which we see a sth of oneself and the consequent work to be done.
As understandings make their way, the horizon broadens and new material to work arrives through the sieve.
It seems like a sentence and you say 'no, even this?', But the path is marked, the Conscience is pressing and the work is to be done.
Without being heroes or fighters you put the piece in the grip, take the file and the work continues.
My personal perception is of fatigue, sometimes of great effort. To be reconciled with the quarrels of work.
Today, in the aftermath of the Intensive, this feeling is very strong, I feel that this is not the way it works for me. It's like being underwater, everything has slowed down. The frequency is still very high. Taking your feet off the edge of the abyss and allocating the remaining energies to that art in remaining suspended and how to reconcile it with the various fears? of money and strength?
I have to dispose of, register another rhythm because this is not the case. I have seen it for 16 years, I have felt it, maybe it is time to do something, maybe a greater stability that I have experienced in the last 5 years is starting to create the conditions for it to materialize.
It takes courage and a certain dose of madness to live in the full potential that has been given to us. It cannot be left to mold when it is discovered that it is in the backpack, we must honor it and perhaps that irrepressible longing to share will be born that makes it remain.
Something that has to do with love.

  3. For me too, the post comes at the right time, as anyone who has participated in the Fonte Avellana Intensive in recent days can well understand. Since the genesis of suffering proposed by the message is a vivid experience to me, the consoling announcement of its progressive attenuation resounds, with the spur to accelerate the process of knowledge - awareness and understanding.

  4. How can we deny that at least at first glance we tend to blame the other? Continuing to do so is a bit more difficult, unless you want to tell it shamelessly. But the acceptance of one's limit is still not an easy process, precisely because it is not free from suffering.
