Philosophical speculations that distance you from yourself [A57]

I have been watching your talk and I have the impression that you have lost sight – most of you – of what the purpose of these meetings is; certainly cutting hairs in four is fine, trying to understand this or that, it's all right, but we've lost sight of what the purpose of these latest interventions of ours was. Do you remember what the purpose was?

Q – That of trying to apply as much as possible to what we experience?

Right. While, instead, you all ended up talking about philosophy. The fact is that, when you are incarnated, you are not only your own child Io, but you are also parents of your own Self; so this means that the ego of each of you dominates your behavior as soon as it can, your way of living the experiences you have to face.

What happens, then? It happens that the Ego realizes the danger of the Teaching, he realizes that he could be forced to really look at himself, and then - which you do very often, both you and everyone else - you prefer to delve into philosophical speculations that distance you from yourself, so that you don't really have to look at your interiority.

  • Readings for the interior: every day a short spiritual reading of the Cerchio Ifior and the Cerchio Firenze 77, up Whatsapp and Telegram.
  • Summary of the philosophical teaching of the Ifior Circle: HOW CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES PERSONAL REALITY, you can order here the book. If you're reading this and want support, write.

Don't be discouraged, it's a normal, fair, legitimate mechanism; However, from you who follow our teaching, we expect you to become aware of this and therefore take the necessary distances, the necessary countermeasures to ensure that what we say does not remain just printed words or beautiful phrases, but truly becomes something that it serves your life, otherwise our talking doesn't make much sense.

Each of you also has – you know – a mental body; therefore it is right that what one possesses is used and applied in order to obtain the best possible understanding of what one experiences, but this is valid if the individual who uses his mental body does not lose sight of himself, it doesn't get lost in the search for utopian things or in trying to abstractly imagine what our teaching leads us to consider, but instead tries, through his own reasoning, through his own deductions and intuitions, to arrive at applying it to his life, and in particular to himself , what the teaching is saying over time.

So, let's not forget that each of you incarnates possesses the various bodies, which all bodies are important, from first to last, that no one is more important than another but they are all extremely necessary for the conduct of one's path.

So, if – without shadow of doubt - using one's mind, one's mental body to understand the teaching is valid and good, it is equally valid and good to try to understand the emotions that one encounters when something in the teaching touches us and makes us react. And, in the same way, it is also right to notice when our physical body has reactions to what the whole individuality that is listening has received and manifested.

It is in this sense that we are examining anger as an element of emotion; that is, in the sense that we would like all of you to realize that your whole being is engaged in building yourself; there is never a single portion that is busier than another, or more active or more useful than another; and this will allow you, little by little, to consider that not only the mind, emotions, sensations and physical body belong to yourself, but there is something more that, in some way, acts as a common thread between the various elements which you are used to generally considering as your identity and which, in reality, are only the result of your ego, ultimately.

Your lower bodies, you know, are the ones that give rise to the Self; from a certain point of view the Ego is the result of the reactions of the lower bodies but, from another broader point of view, your lower bodies are, ultimately, the result of the reactions of your Ego. But I don't want to complicate your life too much! The fact is - as we said last time - that we would like you, little by little, to shift your attention to the fact of not simply being your Self but of be something more, and this something more is your conscience.

  1. The ego, or what we define as identity, is nothing more than an instrument, which has the various lower bodies at its disposal.
    Understanding happens on another level.
If we stop at the mental body, we have not understood
