Perhaps there is still someone who will remember a famous session on Astrology, carried on throughout the evening, in which the present here Scifo said, one after another, enormous nonsense that was accepted quietly only because I said it myself. , then revealing the mystery, clearly, at the end of the session.

But there is a way and way to live them internally. You continue to make confusion, error of projection, of perspective, in observing your physical life with how you live it internally. The speech is different.

The lives you are living, even if you understand, will continue to be as you live them * .
But the way you live them internally is what changes!
So you can live a life of suffering, illness and so on with serenity, or you can live it with pain, with breathlessness, with sadness, with despair..

You will live your life on the physical plane in the same way, but internally it will be lived very differently and this is what we and you want: to live your life internally in the best way because it is your inner part that suffers, it is not the part. physics.

Q - I mean, practically, do you mean that we face this life that we have to live in a better way, so we will have less suffering?

Of course.

D - The fact remains that your path is that, full stop.

Undoubtedly, it can only be so; otherwise it would be a random game of balls, dice; one pulls and what happens happens. And if it is impossible to think that it can happen for a lifetime, it cannot be possible to think that it will happen for all the lives of all embodied people. It would be a terrible confusion.

Q - So I can improve the quality of the way I experience situations?

Certainly.

D - But then, sorry, what is it that determines suffering in experience and what instead, in other situations, in other moments, the same experience is lived perhaps with serenity? There are maybe situations that have caused us a very very intense pain; what is it that must change in the face of situations that may still occur in life, similar situations?

But the difference in the way to live an experience, and to suffer it or not, depends on whether you understood what the experience had to teach you.
The moment you understand, the same experience - which can come back to you - will no longer make you suffer. It will be less difficult for you to deal with it, it will be easier to accept it and, therefore, move beyond the experience, move on to the next experience.
So it is your inner condition that makes the experience you are having suffer or not.

D - Only the inner one?

Only the inner one. You think of all the people who have a very serious illness and know it, yet they manage to smile and live the last days of their life smiling: how is this possible? Only because they have understood something interior that manages to make them accept that experience with serenity, while others despair and perhaps commit suicide.

  2. Doubt drives research. Never settle down. If a design also exists, but we should agree on what is meant by design, knowing yourself allows you to live in becoming with a lower rate of suffering and perhaps gives you the opportunity to become an instrument for the evolution of others.
    We have a responsibility towards ourselves, but I believe, also towards others, since I have understood that the other is not separate from me.
